How a visit works
- 01
Book
Book online or call. Tell us the appliance, the brand and what it is doing.
- 02
Diagnose
The technician tests the appliance at your home and finds the part that failed.
- 03
Approve
You get the repair price before any work starts and decide whether to go ahead.
- 04
Repair
The part is replaced and the appliance is run through a full cycle. If a part has to be ordered, we schedule a second visit.
What you pay
Two parts: the service call, then the repair itself. Nothing is replaced until you approve the price.
- Service call and diagnosisCovers the trip to your home and a diagnostic inspection of the appliance. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair, the $95 still applies.
- $95
- RepairParts and labor, quoted on site after diagnosis. If you go ahead, the $95 is applied toward the total repair cost, with no extra service call fee on top.

Common questions
What should I have ready before the technician arrives?
The brand and the model number help most. The label is usually inside the door frame on washers, on the edge of the door on dishwashers, behind the drawer or door on ranges and ovens, and on the inside wall of the fresh-food section on refrigerators. A photo of the label sent ahead of time is enough.
How much does a visit cost?
The service call and diagnosis is $95. After testing, you get the repair price for parts and labor and decide whether to go ahead. If you do, the $95 is applied toward the total repair cost. If you decide not to repair, the $95 still applies.
Which brands do you work on?
Whirlpool, Maytag, GE Appliances, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Bosch, KitchenAid, JennAir, Amana, Kenmore, Hotpoint, Speed Queen, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Café, Monogram, Haier, Hisense, Insignia, Beko. If your brand is not listed, call and ask before booking.
Is it worth repairing an older appliance?
Often it is: a failed pump, igniter or control board costs far less than a new unit. Because you get the repair price before any work starts, you can compare it with the cost of replacement and choose.
Can I book without calling?
